These services include analytical services and studies related to Exploration, Production, Refining, Petrochemical and Environmental activities.

We specialize in complete analytical and interpretive services and studies in organic geochemistry. These services include routine detailed analytical services to answer questions regarding source rock potential, type, maturity and composition as well as detailed oil analysis for typing oils and correlation to source rocks. We offer several unique analytical capabilities in kinetic analysis bulk and compositional), artificial maturation (MSSV and hydrous) and API and wax prediction (cloud point) based on thermal GC analysis.

Gulf of Mexico Well Report: Garden Banks 754 Cretaceous and Jurassic Source Rock study – Humble Geochemical Services is delighted to announce completion of an agreement with Amerada Hess on the Garden Banks 754 well, the Norton prospect. This well penetrated both Cretaceous and Jurassic source rocks of low maturity, which are excellent for our work in predicting hydrocarbon charge and oil quality across the Gulf of Mexico (GOM).	Detection of Pay Zones and Pay Quality, Gulf of Mexico: Application of Geochemical Techniques – This paper uses geochemical logging techniques to evaluate pay zones prior to testing and completion. The techniques are fast and can be provided within 2-4 hours of receipt of samples in order to impact operational decisions on Gulf of Mexico wells.
